Connections with community, active citizenship, and volunteering
I volunteer every Tuesday so im active in the community.
Dietary Choices and their influences on health, energy levels, and performance
My dietary choices didnt change. I still eat the same but i'm still an active person, the food I eat doesnt really effect me, like I could eat a McDonalds meal and go for jog right after so food doesnt effect my performance.
Level of commitment to extra-curricular, daily physical activity
My level of commitment is pretty high because every Saturday or sometimes Friday, I go play basketball for 3 hours straight, playing four on fours. Everyday i walk home so that kind of keeps me energized to do exercise at home.
Comments on skill development
Well this probably has nothing to do with what we do in gym class but my basketball skills have improved, espacially my basketball shot so i'm pretty proud of that.
Preparedness for class, leadership
I don't think that i've missed a gym class yet so i'm always prepared for class when I go to my gym class. I haven't forot any of my gym strip yet so yeaah.

Factors that influence work ethic and effort
A couple factors that influence my work ethic and effort are; I wanted to start jogging around my block but I never had the motivation to do anything so since I was kind of forced to run in gym class, it helped me start doing it on my own and now I believe that I'm more athletic. Another factor is that I don't like to fail so I always try to push my hardest everytime.
Contributions To The Class Social Dynamic
My contributions to the class social dynamic are; I push my hardest every fitness day and try not to give up so I think that it kind of effects the others in the class by watching me not give up.
Noteworthy Changes in Fitness
- Some changes in my fitness are; I feel like I have the capacity to push further and run for longer because when I look back to the begining of the second semester, I always wanted to rest, i got tired faster, and really wasn't fit. I don't have much evidence yet but I will start to upload some pictures of the changes once i get the app on my phone.
