Today, I worked on my vertical so I can be able to jump higher in basketball. In my previous post, Goals for my Body, I didn't feel the intensity of the workout video I found the day of that post. So I found the 2 following videos on youtube:

I liked the 2 videos I found today more than the other one because I personally feel like it's more intense.
Garryson - I like your posts so far - seems like you are interested and focused on a specific goal, which is good. Have you done a pre-test for your vertical? What was it on the fitness day last week? I am hoping that you can adjust to the new class and get some work done when we are in the weight room - with more intensity than today. Looking forward to seeing your progress.
