Bent Rows, 10reps, 3sets (70lbs, 2 plates, 2 plates)


Preacher Bar Bell Curl, 10reps, 3sets (25lbs)


Bicep Curls, 10reps, 3sets (25lbs)


Cycling for 10 minutes
