This is actually my current plan at
the moment and my goal is to get cut by the end of the semester. After every
work out I make myself a banana smoothie with protein to help me get bigger. Something
I need to start doing in order to achieve my goal is to start eating healthier
at home because my latest choices in food haven’t been the best. Today’s January
30th and already starting to see results. I’m looking forward to
work out my legs today at the YMCA!

PE Leaders
PE leaders - 1. What adjustments and improvements did you make in your lessons (structure, activities, organization, instructions) from the first lesson to the last one?
Well, I'm not too happy with my semester but at the beginning I wasn't really keeping track of all my work but ever since the first interview, I kept track of the notes, work and assignments.
2. What was the biggest challenge for your group? For you?
The biggest challenge for my group was trying to stay focused and not get distracted by talking about irrelevant things, but that's just my opinion. For me, it would be focussing on my work and getting my work done.
3. Describe your favourite moment as a leader and explain why.
My favourite moment as a leader would be when my little buddy looked up to me. It was nice making their day and seeing a smile on their faces. I never really realized how cool I was to them but now I know.
4. What do you still need to work on? What improvements would you make if you were continuing teaching for another month?
I need to work on my blog because there's a lot of posts missing. I would separate myself from the group for a bit to get caught up on the work.
PE Buddies -
1. What are some of the things that you learned being a PE buddy?
I learnt that I'm a giant and that I have a big impact on little children because whenever I would play with them, they would actually enjoy it. I also realized that if I don't fully participate they notice very easily.
2. Did your comfort level change over the course of the month? Why or why not?
Yes, because I Started seeing the same group of kids over and over again so we actually became PE buddies. I started remembering their names and faces, it was a cool experience.
3. What was your favourite part of being a buddy? Be specific.
I'm not too sure what grade the kid was in but his name was Lilan. He was cool kid, he would tell me what games he plays and what he does on weekends. He'd ask me what it's like to be big and it was cool how he was actually interacting with me.
In conclusion -
Rate the following:
Your group -
Lesson planning 5 /5
Organization 4/5
Instructional clarity 4/5
Team work 5 /5
Improvement 5 /5
You -
Interaction with buddy 8.5/10
Improvement on your goal 3/5

Colon Cancer
What were you surprised by? I was surprised by the look of the cancer. I was expecting worse. What was the most amazing part? The most amazing part to me was when they extracted the cancer.
Could you relate the parts they are working on (live) to the colouring sheet, diagrams, or notes that we took in class? Kind of but our notes are significantly different.
What was the most interesting part? The interesting part was when he was explaining the procedure step by step.
What did you learn from this that you didn't know before? Colon Cancer in general. I never heard of that type of cancer before.

Dislocated Shoulder
I dislocated my shoulder while playing basketball and when I went to the hospital, the doctor explained this picture to me.
